6 one-hour long video lessons to be watched whenever is convenient for you. We recommend watching one lesson per week, then spending that week implementing what you've learned.
You also get: Educational handouts - Recipes & meal ideas - A private dedicated FB group where you can ask questions and get them answered by professional health coaches Galite Shafer and Randi Miller.
We offer 2 different styles of learning: an online self-paced class, and a live group class.
Our online (self-paced) class is available all the time ($95 USD). Whenever you're ready just enroll and watch the videos. We recommend watching 1, one-hour video per week so you can spend the rest of that week practicing what you've learned. This is a great option if you can't attend the live group class, or if you prefer to learn privately.
The live group classes are small (max 12 people) and meet via Zoom once a week (Thursdays at noon, Pacific time). If you prefer a more intimate, interactive learning environment that holds you accountable, then the live class option is for you.

Live classes take place (via Zoom) at noon Pacific time on Thursdays for approximately 1 hour. Live attendance is encouraged, however recordings will be available.
